As a REALTOR®, I pledge myself to a higher code of ethics and aspirational ideals. In getting my real estate license, I far exceeded the state requirements by completing an accredited program at North Seattle College and becoming certified in Real Estate Sales, Commercial Real Estate and Investing.
Previously I graduated with honors from the University of Washington and completed two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Art History. My track record of high achievement includes 25 years of professional experience accomplishing marketing and sales directives for national retailers and the fine art industry in Seattle, Los Angeles and New York.
Having relocated to cities around the world like Kyoto and Guadalajara for college and work, I know what it's like to be a newcomer. But I grew up in Seattle, Kirkland and Bellevue and so even though this region is changing rapidly, I still feel that I know the neighborhoods here like the back of my hand. Living on the Westside, I specialize in West Seattle, White Center, Shorewood, Burien, Boulevard Park, Tukwila, Des Moines and Normandy Park.
New Construction and Land
I actually own a hard hat. It's pink. That's how much I love new construction! Having completed major remodels and renovations, I have hands-on experience with every thing from pulling wires, sweating copper pipes to placing shingles... and permitting and planning departments! Urban infill is not a bad word in my vocabulary. Let's find some dirt for your next housing project!
A humble upbringing fostered creativity; developed a passion for art, architecture and music; and engendered an appreciation for the good life. Today I enjoy community involvement, residential renovation, great food, traveling, watching the sun set, spending time with friends and family, and especially being at home with my husband and a cat called Charlie.
